Systems your operations depend on

We build and run the software and networks Maghreb–Europe operators depend on — sector platforms, AI, IoT and connectivity, engineered since 1991.

Expertise

Four pillars. One delivery culture.

We design and operate sector platforms — and still deliver offshore engineering, integrated telecom and connectivity (private 5G, UCS, point-to-point and VoIP), legacy migration, and consulting when the operating model demands it.

01

Digital transformation

We modernise critical operations by moving organisations from legacy systems to coherent platforms that absorb new technologies and new capabilities. That means controlled migration of data and processes, redesigned workflows, BI that leaders can trust, and selective integration of AI and IoT — so the business gains speed and visibility without freezing day-to-day work.

02

Artificial intelligence

AI in service of operations. We embed OCR, knowledge retrieval (RAG), chatbots, copilots and assisted triage inside operational workflows. When data must stay on site, we deploy local or on-premises options. Human validation remains mandatory on critical and compliance steps.

03

Internet of Things

Device connectivity, edge processing, and operational dashboards that support maintenance and control decisions for medical equipment, industrial assets, smart sites and smart cities.

04

Telecom & connectivity

Our method: design, integrate and operate critical connectivity — private 5G, UCS, point-to-point and VoIP — to open underserved regions and enable remote work, telemedicine and distance learning. The product catalogue (UCS, phones, antennas, LTE/5G) lives under Connectivity.

Connectivity

The infrastructure that carries operations.

An integrated connectivity offer we deploy in production conditions: UCS/PBX, VoIP phones, point-to-point antennas and LTE/5G — for operators, enterprises and public networks. We deliver project-oriented solutions that combine hardware and software in one coherent rollout.

01

UCS & PBX

Cloud and multi-tenant PBX for operators who want to sell business voice and collaboration as a service — the control of a classic on-premise exchange, without locking every customer into their own hardware stack.

  • Multi-tenant phone-business exchange for operator wholesale
  • Advanced call, presence and collaboration features
  • Flexible as-a-service delivery for enterprise customers
02

VoIP phones

Desktop and wireless SIP endpoints built for daily desk use: clear audio, simple interfaces, and secure integration into existing UCS/PBX and carrier SIP trunks.

  • Full SIP compatibility with operator and enterprise platforms
  • Desktop and wireless form factors for office and field teams
  • Security and provisioning aligned with business workflows
03

Point-to-point antennas

Long-range, high-throughput wireless links for private networks — when fibre is late, costly or impossible, and the link still has to be stable for operations.

  • Urban, rural and industrial backhaul deployments
  • Secure, high-speed private wireless transmission
  • Designed for harsh RF and environmental conditions
04

LTE / 5G

From all-in-one CPE to core building blocks — mobile broadband for enterprises, ISPs and smart-site programmes that need low latency and predictable coverage.

  • LTE and private 5G access for operators and enterprises
  • CPE, core and network components for rapid rollout
  • Fit for ISP, campus, industrial and smart-city use cases

Platforms

Platforms built for the field.

Each platform brings together business expertise, modularity and technology. Functional coverage is built for real field use: operational workflows, security and simplicity. Stack, integrations and AI, IoT or telecom building blocks are chosen to deploy and operate for the long run.

About

Who we are

A history of expertise. An ambition without borders.

3s2i Group was founded in 1991 on a simple conviction: technology only creates value when it is tailored to the business, deployed with reliability, and built to last.

3s2i International (Tunis) is the group’s engineering headquarters. Lixeo (Brussels) and Lixeo Maroc (Casablanca) are the European and Moroccan entities of the same group — consulting, VAN and e-government — so clients stay close to delivery on every corridor.

For more than three decades, we have supported enterprises, public institutions and industrial operators across Europe and the Maghreb — turning complex challenges into concrete, durable solutions.

Today, artificial intelligence, software engineering and connected systems sit at the heart of our approach. Not as trends, but as levers we master and adapt to each client, in each context.

Four delivery centres. Hundreds of projects. One philosophy: your success is our signature.

Industrial EDI corridor between Maghreb plants and European buyers

Context

A manufacturing group needed reliable B2B document exchange across Tunisian production sites and European trading partners — without fragile email attachments or one-off file drops.

What we did

We designed and operated an EDI/VAN delivery model from our Maghreb centres: message mapping, partner onboarding, monitoring, and a control path aligned with European buyer formats.

Outcome

A corridor operated continuously over multiple years: stable daily exchange (orders, notices, logistics documents), industrialised partner onboarding, and a clear drop in manual rekeys on both plant and buyer sides.

Sector: Industry / EDI · Geography: Maghreb–Europe · Model: offshore engineering + operated VAN · Horizon: multi-year programme
